TRYOUT Registration form
- Tues 09/08 OR Wed 09/09 @3:45-4:30pm at Gallatin Civic (210 Albert Gallatin Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066)
- Swimmers only need to come to ONE date
- Please arrive 10-15min earlier to change/stretch to be in the pool promptly at 3:45pm
- Only NEW swimmers need to try out
- Year-round (Club) swimmers and returning swimmers exempt (you can go straight to Registering your swimmer on Sept 1st)
- Forms must be signed before stepping on the pool deck (on this registration form)
- Please note: that there is a lot of interest in the swim league this year
- If your swimmer does not make the team, consider signing up for swim lessons with a local club
