- Records have to be achieved at a MS or HS Meet where the athlete represents and attends the school (not achieved through a Club meet, although Club meets do qualify for Regionals/State)
- Records are currently being manually uploaded into Swimtopia and will be available in the coming weeks

| Can my swimmer use their swim club USA meet times to break School Team Records? |
- NO. We are a school program, therefore we can only use times achieved at a School meet (at GCC or at a meet where the swimmer is representing the school) for school records.

Awards:
- All County Award – 1st or 2nd in the January Championship meet (Individual Events ONLY)
- All American Academic award – Seniors only 3.75 GPA
- Sumner county male & female swimmer of the year (middle and high school)
- Regional qualifiers
- Top 16 Regional qualifiers
- HS State Qualifiers
- HS Top 16 State Qualifiers
- MVP, Most Improved, Spirit Award per MS/HS team (smaller teams may only have 1 or 2 awards given)

Lettering Qualifications |
- Achieve a Regional Time Standard or Participation on the team for 2 years
- No history of discipline issues of any kind (pool AND school/classroom)
- Coach/team rep discretion
